This was the first wedding I planned and it happened to be my own wedding! Not going to lie, it got a bit stressful but I enjoyed EVERY MINUTE OF IT and learned so much! I planned my wedding for about 2 years. Due to the pandemic, we had a longer than normal engagement. The wedding I visioned was a classing and simple wedding. I loved all the classic white, dark greens, and neutral colors so I knew that I had to incorporate them in my wedding.

It was after planning my own wedding that I realized how much I loved it and wanted to become a full time wedding planner. I've always been a planner and LOVE organizing and managing logistics. I also loved how planning my wedding lead me to get out of my comfort zone since I had to meet a lot of vendors and people in general. Although I did hire a month of planner (she was amazing by the way), I was still very hands on when it came to vendor communication and coordination, timeline updates, along with organizing all logistics to make sure my wedding went smoothly and perfectly up until the day of the wedding! I had so much fun during the process and built beautiful memories and lasting relationships with everyone involved.
